Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hello AngeLingo website, student dashboard, lesson booking tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, booking a lesson, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or complete a purchase.

Hello AngeLingo provides an online environment that connects students with independent English teachers for live lessons. We facilitate scheduling, payments, and account management. Teachers deliver instruction; Hello AngeLingo does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, or job placement.

Lesson packages, trial offers, prices, and availability are described at checkout and may change. We will honour purchases completed at the price shown at the time of payment, subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Trial and promotional pricing may be limited to one use per person or household, as stated on the checkout page. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of promotional rules.

All prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed through approved providers (such as iyzico). By clicking pay and completing checkout, you authorise the charge for the selected lesson package or trial lesson.

Purchases are confirmed when payment is successfully captured. Lesson credits or entitlements are applied to your student account according to the package you selected. You are responsible for reviewing your selection before payment.

Lesson times depend on teacher availability and platform rules (notice periods, rescheduling, and cancellations). Missed lessons without timely cancellation may forfeit the lesson credit, as described in your dashboard and our Platform Policies.

We may reschedule or substitute teachers when necessary for operational reasons; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

You agree not to harass teachers or staff, share unlawful content, attempt to circumvent payment, or misuse the Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Hello AngeLingo or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Platform for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, or scrape the Platform without written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello AngeLingo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for a claim relating to a specific purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, except where a higher minimum is required by law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Platform; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
