Alıcı / Customer: The natural person who completes a purchase on helloangelingo.com (or the related student application) and accepts this Agreement at checkout.

By completing checkout, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement and the related legal notices.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu / Subject of the Agreement

Bu sözleşmenin konusu; Alıcı’nın, Satıcı tarafından Hello AngeLingo markası altında sunulan online İngilizce eğitim hizmetlerini elektronik ortamda satın alması ve tarafların hak ile yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the purchase of online English education services offered by the Seller under the Hello AngeLingo brand and to define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Hizmetler dijitaldir; fiziksel ürün gönderimi yapılmaz.

Services are digital; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Hizmet Bilgileri / Service Information

Satın alınan paket veya deneme dersine göre Hello AngeLingo şu dijital hizmetleri sunabilir:

Hizmet kapsamı, fiyat ve geçerlilik süresi ödeme ekranında gösterilen bilgilere tabidir.

Service scope, price, and validity follow the details shown at checkout.

Speaking practice sessions / Konuşma pratiği
Educational materials and learning activities / Eğitim materyalleri ve öğrenme aktiviteleri
Student dashboard, booking, and lesson credits / Öğrenci paneli, rezervasyon ve ders kredileri
Digital learning services delivered online / Çevrimiçi sunulan dijital eğitim hizmetleri

4. Ödeme ve Ücretlendirme / Payment and Pricing

Alıcı, seçtiği eğitim paketinin veya deneme dersinin ücretini, ödeme sayfasında sunulan yöntemlerle (iyzico altyapısı üzerinden kart, BKM Express veya Pay with iyzico vb.) öder.

The Customer pays the selected package or trial fee using the methods offered at checkout (card, BKM Express, or Pay with iyzico via the iyzico payment infrastructure).

Ödeme başarılı olduğunda hizmet erişimi (ders kredisi / deneme hakkı) öğrenci hesabına tanımlanır.

After successful payment, service access (lesson credits / trial entitlement) is added to the student account.

Ödeme işlemleri iyzico ödeme hizmetleri aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir; kart verileri iyzico’nun güvenli ortamında işlenir.

Payment processing is performed through iyzico; card data is processed in iyzico’s secure environment.

Fiyatlar ödeme anında gösterilen tutardır. İndirim veya kampanya varsa nihai tahsil tutarı ödeme ekranında belirtilir.

Prices are those shown at the time of payment. If a discount or promotion applies, the final charged amount is shown at checkout.

5. Teslimat / Delivery

Dijital eğitim hizmeti, ödemenin onaylanmasından sonra derhal elektronik ortamda teslim edilir (hesaba kredi / erişim tanımı).

Digital education services are delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation (credits / access on the account).

Bireysel ders saatleri, öğretmen müsaitliği ve platform kurallarına göre öğrenci paneli üzerinden rezerve edilir.

Individual lesson times are booked from the student dashboard according to teacher availability and platform rules.

6. Cayma Hakkı ve İptal / Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

Alıcı, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatı kapsamında sahip olduğu hakları kullanabilir.

The Customer may exercise rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Dijital içerik veya hizmet ifasına (ör. ders kredisi tanımı / hizmet kullanımının başlaması) ilişkin yasal istisnalar saklıdır; iade ve iptal koşulları İade Politikası ile birlikte uygulanır.

Statutory exceptions for digital content or commenced services (e.g. lesson credits granted / service use started) are reserved; refund and cancellation follow the Refund Policy together with this Agreement.

7. Tarafların Yükümlülükleri / Responsibilities

Alıcı / The Customer agrees to:

Doğru hesap ve faturalama bilgisi sağlamak / Provide accurate account and billing information
Eğitim hizmetlerini kötüye kullanmamak / Not misuse education services
Platform kurallarına ve kullanım koşullarına uymak / Follow platform rules and Terms
Ödeme ve 3-D Secure doğrulamasını kendi bankası / kartı üzerinden tamamlamak / Complete payment and 3-D Secure verification with their bank/card

8. Uyuşmazlık / Disputes

Uyuşmazlıklarda öncelikle Satıcı ile e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçilmesi teşvik edilir.

Parties are encouraged to contact the Seller by email before escalating a dispute.

Tüketici işlemlerinde, Alıcı’nın yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri ile ilgili mevzuattaki diğer yetkili merciler saklıdır.

For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the Customer’s place of residence (and other competent authorities under applicable law) remain available.

9. Yürürlük / Effective Date

Bu sözleşme, Alıcı’nın ödeme sayfasında ilgili kutuyu işaretleyerek kabul etmesi ve satın alma işlemini tamamlaması ile yürürlüğe girer.

This Agreement becomes effective when the Customer accepts it at checkout (checkbox) and completes the purchase.
