Alıcı / Customer: The person who purchases Hello AngeLingo services through the website or application.
Bu sözleşme, Hello AngeLingo platformundan online olarak satın alınan eğitim hizmetleri için geçerlidir.
This agreement applies to educational services purchased online through the Hello AngeLingo platform.
2. Sözleşmenin Konusu / Subject of the Agreement
Bu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı'nın Hello AngeLingo tarafından sunulan online İngilizce eğitim hizmetlerini elektronik ortamda satın alması ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the purchase of online English education services provided by Hello AngeLingo and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
3. Hizmet Bilgileri / Service Information
Hello AngeLingo provides:

4. Ödeme ve Ücretlendirme / Payment and Pricing
Alıcı, seçmiş olduğu eğitim paketinin ücretini ödeme yöntemleri aracılığıyla gerçekleştirir.
The Customer agrees to pay the selected education package fee using the available payment methods.
Ödeme tamamlandıktan sonra hizmet erişimi başlatılır.
Access to services begins after successful payment.
5. Cayma Hakkı ve İptal / Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Alıcı, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatı kapsamında sahip olduğu hakları kullanabilir.
The Customer may exercise their legal rights according to applicable consumer protection laws.
Dijital içerik veya hizmet kullanımı başladıktan sonra, ilgili yasal şartlara göre iade ve iptal koşulları uygulanır.
Refund and cancellation conditions apply according to legal requirements after digital services have started.
6. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları / User Responsibilities
Kullanıcı / The user agrees to:

7. Yürürlük / Effective Date
Bu sözleşme, kullanıcının satın alma işlemini tamamlaması ile yürürlüğe girer.
This agreement becomes effective when the customer completes the purchase.
