1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when payments for Hello AngeLingo lesson packages and trial lessons may be refunded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
Unless stated below or required by applicable consumer protection law, all payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Instant purchase confirmation
When your payment is successfully processed, your purchase is confirmed immediately and lesson credits (or trial entitlement) are allocated to your account. Please review your selected plan, lesson count, and price on the checkout page before paying.
3. Generally non-refundable
Used or partially used lesson credits are not refundable.
No-shows or late cancellations that forfeit a lesson under scheduling rules are not refundable.
Change-of-mind after a successful payment is not grounds for a refund unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Exceptions we may consider
Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side or the payment provider.
A charge for a package that was not delivered to your account due to a verified platform error.
Trial or promotional purchases made in clear violation of stated eligibility rules (e.g. duplicate trial abuse), where we cancel the entitlement.
Other cases required by mandatory local consumer law.
5. How to request a review
Contact support within 14 days of the charge with your account email, payment date, amount, and reason. Include any relevant receipts from iyzico or your payment method.
Approved refunds, if any, are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider (often 5–10 business days).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension while the case is investigated.
7. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a newer version is required by law and benefits you.
